We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized People Experience Specialist to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be at the heart of our company culture, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our employees. You will manage office operations, coordinate memorable events, organize travel arrangements, and provide a best-in-class onboarding experience for new team members. What you will do:

  • Office management:

    • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized, clean, and welcoming environment.

    • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain efficient workflows.

    • Act as the primary point of contact for office-related issues, liaising with facilities, IT, and other teams as needed.

    • Implement and maintain processes to optimize office space and resources.

  • Event planning and coordination:

    • Plan, organize, and execute company-wide events, team-building activities, and celebrations.

    • Develop creative and engaging programs to enhance employee morale and foster a sense of community.

    • Manage event budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships to deliver high-quality experiences.

    • Solicit feedback post-events to continuously improve engagement and satisfaction.

  • Travel coordination:
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for employees, ensuring smooth and efficient itineraries.
    • Maintain a travel policy and ensure compliance across bookings.
    • Negotiate with travel providers to secure the best rates and services.
    • Provide support for travel-related challenges, including changes or cancellations.
  • Onboarding:

    • Lead the end-to-end onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcomed and supported.
    • Prepare onboarding materials, organize orientation sessions, and coordinate first-day activities.
    • Serve as a point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and providing guidance.
    • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to personalize onboarding plans and ensure alignment with company values and culture.
    • Continuously improve the onboarding program based on employee feedback.


Workplace: Berlin & onsite

We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • You have experience in office management, HR coordination, event planning, or a related role.
  • You bring strong organisational and project management abilities. 
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You have a structured and process-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment.
  • You are enthusiastic about creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • You are resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently. 
  • You are open and collaborative, with a genuine passion for creating a positive work environment for all teams.
  • Fluency in English & German, both verbal and written.
