As a (Senior) Product Manager for our Portal team. In this role, you will be leading the development and product management of a unified access point to all Distribusion capabilities. You will lead the development of the back-office interface which is called Portal while achieving enhanced visibility of sales data and empowering users with various capabilities.

What you will do:
  • Build a grown-up customer analytics framework to drive further data-driven decisions

  • Own & meet KPIs such as DAU / MAU (Stickiness), Retention Rate, NPS, Adoption Rate, and Speed

  • Identify opportunities to grow and enhance our product within the market; ensure feature richness/completeness - comparing with industry standards

  • Own strategic projects within your Product end-to-end: definition of the business needs; user stories & requirements that ensure the delivery runs smoothly; performing UAT to confirm that delivery satisfies the expectations of the customers

  • Run adaptive Scrum process to ensure on-time delivery of the features by the Engineering team

  • Write user documentation to improve the usability of the system for internal & external users and establish the best integration experience on the market


Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.

We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in the position of a Product Manager

  • Understanding of both Engineering and UX domains: You act as an Owner of the product and feel confident on the edge between the mentioned domains

  • Strong communication skills: You are confident in compromising with internal/external stakeholders, critically evaluating inputs, and collaborating with the Engineering team on bringing features live

  • User-driven mindset: You are able to communicate metrics, user behavior & needs into business values and requirements for the product, including technical details

  • Understanding of APIs: You are comfortable with reading JSON schemas and SQL requests

  • Ability to focus on finding solutions: You are pushing to improve processes in the team, product features that are delivered, and the speed of our product

  • Understanding of Agile: You are proficient in using Scrum, managing iterative development, prioritizing work, and responding to changing requirements

As a plus:

  • You know on a basic level what a message broker is and its purpose
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cybernetics, Engineering or equivalent experience
