We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to join our team and spearhead the growth of our partnerships with Travel Management Companies (TMCs) and Online Booking Tools (OBTs). If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, we want to hear from you.
What you will do:
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the TMC and OBT market to identify potential partners, industry trends, and competitive insights.
Strategic Partnerships: Develop and execute a strategic partnership plan to target and engage key TMCs and OBTs, establishing mutually beneficial relationships.
Negotiation: Lead negotiations, create compelling proposals, and close partnership agreements with target companies.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, ensuring their continued satisfaction and engagement.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our state-of-the-art tools and ground transportation marketplace to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential partners.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and support the successful onboarding of partners.
Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on partnership progress, performance metrics, and market insights to the leadership team.
We are located in Germany with Headquarters in Berlin. This role can also be performed remotely from anywhere in Europe.
We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.
Who you are:
You have a proven track record (ten or more years) in business development, with a focus on partnerships within the travel or technology industry.
You demonstrate success in negotiating and closing complex partnership agreements.
You have strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
You are self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the TMC, OBT and Rail industry is a plus.
You have a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; or you have the professional equivalent experience.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for sales & commercial success.

You are data-driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on in shaping the future of Distribusion.
You are fluent in English, both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus.
