As the Associate to the CEO, you will not only play a crucial role in supporting our Chief Executive Officer but also be a force in shaping the future landscape of the travel industry. As the Associate to the CEO, you'll play an essential role in facilitating the trajectory of our large global network, connecting transport providers and retailers in over 70 countries.


What you will do:

Executive Support:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence

  • Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications to ensure efficient time management for the CEO

  • Facilitate effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders

  • Draft and edit emails, presentations, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO

  • Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation related to the CEO's responsibilities.

Project Management:

  • Assist in coordinating and managing special projects, initiatives, and events as directed by the CEO.

  • Conduct research and prepare briefs to support decision-making processes

  • Support the People function with ad hoc projects and analyses related to People Experience and Management topics.

  • Collaborate with the People function to ensure a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Travel and Logistics:

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations for the CEO

  • Manage logistical aspects of meetings, conferences, and events involving the CEO


Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role based in our HQ in Berlin, Germany.

We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.

  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.

  • You have excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proven experience in an executive support role, preferably within a startup environment

  • Affinity with numbers and able to support analyses and reporting

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
