As Client Solutions & Consulting Lead, you will build and scale the Client Solutions & Services team, owning revenue targets and designing the organisational structure. You’ll own the end‑to‑end client solutions lifecycle — from pre‑sales and strategic advisory through discovery, implementation, and post‑launch value realisation — ensuring delivery excellence and a best‑in‑class client experience.
What you will do:
Build and scale the Client Solutions & Services team: Establish and grow a new business unit with full accountability over revenue targets and organisational structure.
Own the client solutions lifecycle with a focus on delivery excellence: From pre-sales, strategic advisory and discovery through solution design, implementation, and post-launch value realization, you are responsible to ensure a best in class client experience and high quality, timely delivery.
Develop a specialised team: Recruit, coach, and grow Solution Architects, connectivity consultants, analysts, and —building a team with strong technical and functional depth.
Collaborate and scale: Partner cross-functionally to co-design integrated client solutions and translate repeatable needs into scalable frameworks, equipped for deployment across our global markets.
Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid
The preferred location for this role is Berlin at our HQ.
Job requirements
Who you are:
3+ years’ experience in management or strategy consulting, or delivery leadership for enterprise clients or B2B platforms.
Proven ability to structure complex problems, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable client impact.
Experience managing client relationships at senior levels and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.
Familiarity with technical ecosystems (e.g. APIs, CRM, integrations) — but no need to be an engineer.
A strong balance of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and execution discipline.
An entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on outcomes.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
