We have built a cutting-edge B2B technology platform that connects bus, rail, and ferry operators in 70+ countries with the biggest online retailers, including Google and Booking.com.

As Solutions Business Lead, you will lead the definition, design, and delivery of tailored, high-impact solutions for our B2B clients. Operating at the intersection of strategy, technology, and execution, you will own a portfolio of client engagements — delivering value from pre-sales through implementation and beyond.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment and has experience solving complex business challenges across stakeholders and systems. You’ll play a key role in scaling a global services business within a high-growth tech company.


What you will do:

  • Own the customer solutions lifecycle: from initial discovery and proposal design through delivery execution and post-launch value realization.

  • Shape high-impact solution strategies based on client needs, industry trends, and commercial priorities.

  • Lead client engagements: Serve as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning business goals with solution design and delivery plans.

  • Drive delivery excellence: Manage outcomes across performance, timelines, and client satisfaction for a portfolio of implementations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Operations to co-design scalable, integrated solutions.

  • Coach and grow your team: Lead and develop a small team of Solution Architects; promote structured thinking, customer-centricity, and operational discipline.

  • Support go-to-market efforts: Provide insight and structure to pre-sales processes; help identify upsell and expansion opportunities.

  • Build scalable frameworks: Translate repeatable client needs into solution templates, best practices, and reusable assets.

  • Monitor and report impact: Own and track KPIs around solution performance, delivery ROI, customer satisfaction, and business impact.

  • Contribute to strategic planning: Influence how our Customer Solutions & Services function scales across global markets.

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid

The preferred location for this role is Berlin at our HQ.

We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 3+ years’ experience in project management consulting, business solution design, or delivery leadership for enterprise clients or B2B platforms.

  • Proven ability to structure complex problems, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable client impact.

  • Experience managing client relationships at senior levels and navigating multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Familiarity with technical ecosystems (e.g. APIs, CRM, integrations) — but no need to be an engineer.

  • A strong balance of analytical thinking, strategic planning, and execution discipline.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, and focused on outcomes.

  • Experience in customer solution delivery, transformation projects, or go-to-market enablement is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
