We are looking for a Data Operations Analyst who will join our Control room team. You will play a vital role in conceptualizing new features, managing ongoing escalations, and ensuring seamless communication with our partners and management during issue resolution.


What you'll do: 
    • High-level monitoring of the company

    • Help refine our monitoring by developing a deep understanding of the business

    • Respond to incidents and perform first and second level investigations

    • Perform data analysis to create and confirm hypothesis related to active incidents or other optimization potentials

    • Support and run various strategic and operational projects

    • Identify key improvement and optimization opportunities in our product and tech from an operational perspective

    • Communicate technical needs in an understandable way, whether it be for external partners or internal developers

    • Support our operations team by building and implementing new tools and defining new processes

    • Align with other internal teams to conceptualize new features, actively manage ongoing escalations and incidents, and keep up communication with our partners and management of issues during resolution


Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Brazil (GMT -3 timezone), remote / hybrid working option.

We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe, and our HQ office is in Berlin.
Working times for this role are to begin between 13:00-15:00 (GMT -3), and to end between 22:00-00:00 (GMT -3) Monday to Friday.
Flexibility will be needed in working hours.

Job requirements

Who you are:

    • You have a strong background related to Computer Science or Engineering, excellent analytical comprehension, and attention to detail

    • 2+ years of professional experience as an IT Analyst, Data Analyst, Tech Support, or related role, working within cross-functional teams

    • As a big plus, if you already have worked with Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, or other related monitoring tools

    • A fundamental understanding of relational databases and a good command of SQL

    • You are hands-on, a self-starter, and willing to step out of your comfort zone

    • You can work independently and proactively to suggest and implement ideas and improvements

    • You are driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on in shaping the future of ground transportation travel

    • You show ownership and responsibility of your problem space

    • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written
