We’re hiring ambitious, fresh graduates for Analysts roles across Product, Tech, Data, Operations, Partnerships, and Quality Assurance who are ready to make an impact. You’ll play a key role in creating smooth, real-time, and customer-focused travel experiences for millions of users.

We prefer to hire a professional based in Berlin or willing to relocate to Berlin.
What you will build & be a part of Tech, Product & Partnerships Teams:
Integrations — Backend work connecting with hundreds of external APIs, managing thousands of microservices, building robust, fault-tolerant infrastructure.
Content — Automating data ingestion, maintenance, and real‑time updates (stations, pricing, schedule changes), often using AI to keep everything accurate and up-to-date
Search Engine & Platform — Building the core search and booking engine: delivering fast, scalable search results and booking flows that can handle thousands of requests per second.
E‑commerce / Booking Engine & Payments — Working on front‑end and back‑end for booking engines, payment flows, and user‑facing booking flows — enabling real users to search, book, pay, and manage trips across carriers.
B2B / Portal / Data — Building tools for carriers/retailers: dashboards, analytics (pricing optimisation, seat inventory, demand forecasting), administration tools; maintaining cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability, scalability, performance.
Partnerships - Onboarding and growing our partners, optimising performance, and ensuring smooth integrations to expand our product reach.
Job requirements
Who you are:
STEM or tech-related academic background — You’re a recent (or soon-to-be) graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Data Science, Business/Information Systems, or a similar field.
Analytical mindset & problem-solving — You love digging into complex problems, understanding how things work, and turning ambiguity into clear, structured solutions.Technical curiosity — You have a basic understanding of APIs, systems, or digital products (through studies, internships, or projects) and are excited to learn more in a real high-scale environment.
Strong communication — You can explain ideas clearly, whether talking to engineers, product managers, or business teams — and you enjoy bridging technical and non-technical worlds.
Collaborative & cross-functional — You like working with diverse teams and feel comfortable contributing to group projects, Agile teamwork, and shared problem-solving.
Fast learner & adaptable — You thrive in dynamic environments, pick up new tools and concepts quickly, and stay resilient when things change or are not fully defined.
Ownership & ambition — You’re eager to take responsibility early, bring ideas to the table, and help shape processes that improve how products get delivered.

To qualify for the Graduate Programme, you should:
Finish or about to finish your studies by early 2026.
Be available to begin full-time employment, in line with local labor laws and visa regulations.
