We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (all genders) to join our team. As the company grows, so do the responsibilities of the Finance team, making this an exciting time to join us. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving growth across our business.
What you will do:
Develop and manage budgets, prepare financial forecasts, and track actual performance.
Work closely with cross-functional teams across the company, gain a deep understanding of our business to support product and geographic expansion activities.
Act as a liaison between Finance and Commercial & Operations departments.
Produce and present high-quality analyses of financial and operational performance to support decision-making across the company and drive performance, including ROI analysis.
Interpret financial data and trends and translate them into recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
Support any fundraising processes and/or the evaluation of potential partnership and acquisition opportunities.
Support the C-level on strategic topics by providing financial reporting and actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin where the team often meets in the office.
Job requirements
Who you are:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Relevant certification preferred.
- You have 4+ years experience in Investment banking or corporate finance roles with strong commercial partnering background.
- You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and manage multiple priorities.
- You are experienced working in a high-paced commercial environment.
- You are open-minded, have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build trust and relationships easily.
- You are driven, ambitious, and willing to get hands-on in shaping the future of ground transportation travel.
- You show ownership and responsibility for your area.
- You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
