We are looking for a Integrations System Analyst to join our Supply domain, more specifically in the Integrations team, which is responsible for onboarding carriers onto our system (integrating external systems, harmonizing data structures and building revenue-increasing products for carriers). This is key to scale our business, therefore our focus is on innovation and automation.
What you will do:
Extend functionalities to enable new opportunities.
Automate and innovate our existing inventory (our API product is already used by big players).
Own scoping and management of onboarding new carriers.
Take a lead role in defining and challenging strategic decisions.
Contribute to the team with process improvements (e.g. Jira, reporting etc.).
Build relationships with key stakeholders (internal/external – C-level).
Prioritize the roadmap effectively.
Guide more junior colleagues in delivering the right products.
Workplace:
We are ideally looking for this role to be based in the Berlin HQ, but we can consider candidates in Europe or willing to relocate within Europe as well. We are a remote-first company with teams located around the Globe.
Job requirements
Who you are:
5+ years or more of professional experience in technical projects.
Hands-on experience with the technical side of the product (API / Data products).
Strong stakeholder experience within with ability to influence without direct authority (including C-level executives).
Good at context switching whilst showing proactivity and ownership across your responsibilities.
Experience working with complex products (advantage).
Good management skills (product, process, project, people management).
Experience working within cross-functional teams.
Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related studies.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Fluent in Spanish (nice to have)
Leadership experience (nice to have)
Transportation industry standards (nice to have)
