Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Retail Partnerships Marketplace Lead to join the team with a mission to maximise trading performance and operational scalability of our ground transport marketplace globally. This role will manage the regional Retail Partnerships Managers across Europe, Asia, and the Americas and report into the VP Retail Partnerships.

What you will do:

  • Define and manage the success framework of the team, including metrics such as PAX, gross profit, integration speed, integration quality, matrix points, NPS, and feature adoption.

  • Help the team translate market strategy and opportunities into clear delivery initiatives and ensure that these are executed to plan (new retailers, matrix points, technical improvements, exposure opportunities).

  • Conceptualise and implement processes and tooling that professionalise/streamline our marketplace operations and enable the team to deliver initiatives efficiently + report consistently.

  • Manage selected existing Tier A partners & lead technical sales efforts for Tier A partners together with the commercial team.

  • Gather and prioritise product requirements/feedback for our key retailer-facing products (Retailer API, Portal, White label) and influence prioritisation of carrier integrations.

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role to be based within Germany, preferably in our HQ in Berlin.

We are a remote-first company, with teams located around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • +4 years of experience in partnerships, marketplace management, or consulting (preferably in a global context).

  • Proven experience building or scaling digital marketplaces (ideally with technical complexity). + Familiarity with performance metrics like  NPS, and matrix point frameworks.

  • Strong consulting / strategy toolkit: data-driven, structured problem solving, operational excellence.

  • Solid technical literacy : able to navigate APIs, review documentation, and support technical sales (hands-on coding not required).

  • Track record in managing and coaching international teams across different regions and time zones.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills: comfortable influencing executives, technical teams, and external partners.

  • Strong project/program management background: execution focus, delivering initiatives on time and to quality standards.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus).

  • Languages: Any other European language than English: Italian, French, Spanish is a plus.
