We are looking for a Partner Support Analyst to join our Retail Partnerships team in Brazil and drive transportation innovation by championing partner support and streamlining onboarding processes.
What you will do:
Lead the onboarding of retailers into Distribusion’s platform, managing the full process and maximising the connectivity between Brazilian carriers and retailers.
Continuously improve processes and address partner requests to enhance the onboarding experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with product, engineering, customer support, and content teams to continuously improve our underlying technology and processes.
Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Brazil. We are a remote-first company with teams located around the Globe.
Job requirements
Who you are:
You have 1+ years of experience with APIs and Postman and know your way around data, with strong SQL skills.
You have previous exposure to Zapier.
You are passionate about working with clients and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You have a keen eye for detail, balancing accuracy with efficiency, and can communicate clearly across teams and geographies.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly grasp new technical concepts, and are highly organized, managing multiple initiatives with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines. You speak English and Portuguese fluently.
