Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Partner Support Analyst to join the Retail Partnerships team in Brazil to drive the successful onboarding of partners, optimizing processes to accelerate growth and enhance partner satisfaction.
What you will do:
Lead the onboarding of carriers to Google and other transit planning platforms, managing the full process and ensuring the highest quality of carrier network representation.
Monitor live carrier integrations to maximise performance.
Continuously improve processes and address partner requests to enhance the onboarding experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with product, engineering, customer support, and content teams to continuously improve our underlying technology and processes.
Workplace:
We are mainly looking for this role to be based in Brazil. We are a remote-first company with teams located around the Globe.
Job requirements
Who you are:
You have 1+ year of experience with SQL and/or Python.
Previous experience with APIs and using Postman is a big plus
You have a keen eye for detail, balancing accuracy with efficiency, and can communicate clearly across teams and geographies.
You thrive in fast-paced environments, quickly grasp new technical concepts, and are highly organized, managing multiple initiatives with shifting priorities and meeting deadlines.
You speak English and Portuguese fluently.
