Distribusion is quickly expanding globally and looking for a Partnerships Manager to join the Carrier Partnerships team to drive the strategic growth and performance of some of our key B2B partnerships in Brazil.
What you will do:
1. Understanding Client Requirements: The primary objective is to thoroughly understand the client's needs, challenges, and objectives to propose the most suitable solutions. For example, which type of integration is best suited.
2. Solution Design and Customization: To design, tailor, and recommend solutions that align with the client's business goals and branding. This might involve configuring the website or integrating systems to meet specific needs.
3. Expert Advisory and Guidance: Acting as a subject matter expert, the consultant provides best practices, industry insights, and strategic advice to help clients navigate through their challenges effectively.
4. Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by contributing technical expertise during sales presentations, demonstrating the value of solutions, and addressing any technical questions or concerns potential clients may have.
5. Implementation Support: The consultant may also play a role in overseeing or supporting the implementation of the proposed solutions, ensuring they are executed correctly and delivering the expected benefits.
6. Client Education and Training: Providing necessary training and educational resources to the client to ensure they understand how to use the solutions effectively for maximum benefit. As it could be teaching them how to use Portal.
7. Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Gathering feedback from clients and website analytics on the solutions' performance and making recommendations to the product teams.
