We are looking for a Lead Project Consultant to help us grow our partnerships and deliver tailored technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You’ll operate at the intersection of business and technology—translating partner needs into solution roadmaps and setting the foundation for successful delivery by our implementation teams.

What you will do:

• Own the discovery phase of the partner lifecycle, from pre-sales through to solution scoping and hand-off to delivery teams.

• Work directly with enterprise partners such as national carriers, major aggregators, and global travel platforms to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and integration environments.

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to C-level stakeholders, product leaders, and engineering teams at our partner companies.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product, and Engineering to shape tailored connectivity and feature solutions.

• Lead workshops, technical discovery sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements to inform roadmap development and secure stakeholder alignment.

• Translate business needs into structured implementation plans for our delivery teams, ensuring feasibility and long-term scalability.

• Help drive improvements to our consultative process, documentation, and internal tooling to make discovery and handovers smoother and more impactful.

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid

The preferred location for this role is Berlin at our HQ.

We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solution consulting, technical account management, or implementation-focused role, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or API product environment.

• You come from a consulting or technical implementation background, and know how to guide partners from vague ideas to scoped solutions.

• You’re fluent in the language of both business and technology, able to build credibility with engineers and execs alike.

• You enjoy navigating ambiguity, structuring conversations, and aligning stakeholders across multiple organizations.

• You have strong familiarity with APIs, system integrations, and data flows; you don't need to code, but you understand how modern systems talk to each other.

• You have excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), and experience leading remote or in-person partner sessions.
