We are looking for an Analytics Site Manager to join our eCommerce Solutions team to lead data analytics and real-time tracking, ensuring the quality and stability of our rapidly growing whitelabel solution.

What you will do:

  • Lead site performance optimization through advanced analytics tools and data-driven insights

  • Monitor key metrics like traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to drive growth and improvement

  • Leverage top tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and heatmaps to track and analyze performance

  • Implement A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance user engagement and conversions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, UX, and development teams to improve user experience and site effectiveness

  • Ensure accurate tracking of website events, including setup of tags in Google Tag Manager for precise data collection

Workplace:

We are mainly looking for this role based in Germany, preferably at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • 4+ years of experience in relevant roles in the B2C e-commerce industry

  • Your background includes experience in technical roles such as Data Analyst, Product Performance Analyst

  • You bring experience with tools like: Google Analytics, SQL, Graphana, Hotjar

  • Previous experience in A/B testing: AB tasty, Maxymizer or other relevant tools

  • You are analytical in your core: you can analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear, actionable specifications

  • You are familiar with Agile principles and practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and iterative development processes

  • You employ clear and concise comnunication, and are able to communicate in technical and non-technical complexity

  • You are fast-adaptive and resilient to ambiguity: you are driven by impacting processes to support fast and efficient delivery
