As we expand our Tour & Activities content, we are looking for a Partner Support Analyst to join our Retail Partnerships team to help maintain, scale, and improve the quality of our travel content across multiple partner platforms such as Booking.com, GetYourGuide, and Klook.
What you will do:
Leading the setup and ongoing updates of product content on partner platforms
Ensuring listings are accurate, complete, and technically functional (e.g., images, product metadata, volume logic)
Responding to partner emails and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication
Performing regular QA checks to ensure API connections are displaying content correctly
Supporting internal teams by creating documentation, process overviews, and presentations
Collaborating closely with the Partnerships Manager and Partner Support team
Workplace:
This is a remote opportunity in Vietnam.

Job requirements
Who you are:
You have experience in a detail-oriented, content-focused or operational role. Experience in partnerships or product coordination is a plus.
A strong communicator, especially over email, with the ability to engage partners professionally and clearly.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
You’re curious and quick to grasp new technical topics, with a genuine interest in API-based solutions.
You are organized and structured, able to manage multiple updates and requests across various partner platforms with shifting priorities.
You enjoy working independently but also thrive when collaborating across teams and functions.
