We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst for the Talent Acquisition team who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by engaging and hiring talented members.

What you will do:

  • Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active talent using various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, databases, referrals, networking, etc.).

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest.

  • Leverage market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement and professional communities.

  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to continuously improve sourcing tools, processes, and reporting.

Workplace: Berlin & Hybrid

We are looking for this role based at our headquarters in Berlin. We are a remote-first company, with teams around the Globe and our HQ office in Berlin, where the team often meets in the office.

Job requirements

Who you are:

  • You have some experience in talent sourcing, either from an in-house or agency model. 

  • You have experience building dashboards and doing analyses.

  • You have a curious mind and an interest in research.

  • You feel comfortable in the start-up environment, with a Global footprint, and a very diverse team.

  • You want to be part of a diverse and international start-up company and play a key role in its identity development.

  • Data analysis and measurement: the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret data to measure the impact of the hiring initiatives

  • Tools affinity, keeping our ATS updated, and data accurate.

  • You are fluent in English, both verbal and written.

  • You are based or ready to relocate to Berlin.
